Cancellations & No-Shows

• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment total.
• After a late cancellation or no-show, a non-refundable deposit will be required to rebook any future appointments. (deposit will go towards your total)
