Skin & Teeth Prep
• To ensure the best possible results from your spray tan and/or teeth whitening appointment, proper preparation is required prior to your service. Failure to follow prep instructions may negatively affect the quality, longevity, and overall outcome of your results.
• For Spray Tans, improper skin preparation (including but not limited to failure to exfoliate, shave, remove products from the skin, or avoid lotions/oils/deodorants) can cause uneven application, discoloration, patchiness, or premature fading.
• For Teeth Whitening, failure to follow pre and post instructions may reduce whitening effectiveness and overall results.
If a client arrives unprepared for their appointment and the service cannot be properly performed, the appointment may need to be rescheduled at the provider’s discretion. In these cases, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and may be subject to a cancellation/rescheduling fee.

Cancellations & No-Shows
• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment total.
• After a late cancellation or no-show, a non-refundable deposit will be required to rebook any future appointments. (deposit will go towards your total)

Late Arrival
• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
